摘要
分别从从业人员区域分布特征、年龄情况、学历及职称情况对煤炭行业从业人员现状进行分析,客观评价了我国煤炭行业在人力资源建设上所取得的成就,并结合未来煤炭行业的人才需求,分析当前我国煤炭行业人力资源上存在的问题,提出了行业人才培养的建议措施,包括规范高校专业设置标准、探索本科生双学位制度、开展校企合作,为煤炭行业健康发展提供参考。
An analysis was conducted on the employee status of the coal industry from the regional distribution features, age condition, education and title of the employees. The paper had an objective evaluation on the achievements of the human resources built in China coal industry. In combination with the talent demands of the future coal industry, the paper had an analysis on the problems existed in the human resources in present China coal industry. The paper provided the proposed measures of the industrial talent training, including the specification on the professional standards of the high school, the discovery on two degree system of the undergraduate students and the cooperation between the school and enterprises in order to provide the references to the health development of the coal industry.
