The paper had a study on the irreplaceable important role of the coal in the energy structure in the future several decades and an analysis on the investment opportunities of the coal industry in the countries along ＂the Belt and Road＂ . Based on the familiarization on the social environment and the investment risk of the investment country, to build a world first grade coal enterprise firstly should set up a strategic conception of the global development and secondly should make the references of the mature experiences from other enterprises, the great effort to improve the international operation level, continuously expand the share of the international market and continuously be developed in the international competition.
