Discussion on mixed ownership reform practiced in state owned coal construction enterprises

在充分了解建筑施工企业发展特性、规律及其具体情况的基础上,就如何在经济新常态下对国有煤炭建筑施工企业混合所有制改革展开探索,并阐述了我国国有煤炭建筑施工企业当前面临的形势,分析国有煤炭建筑施工企业面临的困难和问题,提出实施混合所有制改革的建议,从而更好地推进改革,使企业焕发生机与活力。

Based on a full understanding on the development features, law and certain condition of the construction industry, a discussion was conducted on how to make the mixed ownership reform of the state owned coal construction enterprises under the new economic normal state. The paper stated the present situation faced to the state owned coal construction enterprises in China, analyzed the difficulties and problems faced to the coal construction enterprises and provided the proposals on the mixed ownership reform to be implemented in order to well promote the reform and to coruscate the vitality and activity of the enterprises.
