摘要
采用黄油+水泥混合拌料,进行了混凝土抗渗试验中密封性能的研究,以确定不同温度条件下密封性能最佳的黄油水泥配合比。研究结果表明,在不同的温度条件下,通过调整黄油的标号和油灰比,均能达到较为理想的密封效果。当温度为4℃时,采用京安王0号锂基脂号黄油,油灰比范围宜为3.00~3.50;而当温度为20℃时,则宜将油灰比范围调整为3.30~3.60,以达到抗渗试验的最佳密封性能,满足试验规范的要求。
The sealing performance of concrete impermeability test was carried out with the mixture of grease-cement to determine the best grease-cement ratio under different temperature conditions. The results show that under different temperature conditions,adjusting the grease label and putty ratio,can lead to the ideal sealing effect. When the temperature is 4 ℃,Jinganwang 0 lithium-base greases hould be used and the putty ratio should be 3. 00 ~ 3. 50; when the temperature is 20 ℃,the putty ratio should be adjusted to 3. 30 ~ 3. 60 to achieve the best sealing performance and meet the requirements of the test standard.
