摘要
2016年8月19日,受局地强对流天气影响,宁夏同心县下马关镇出现较强降水过程,降中雨到大暴雨,造成甜水河流域多条沟道出现洪水过程,致使下马关镇8个村庄受到暴雨和洪水灾害。通过对宁夏下马关"160820"暴雨洪水调查分析,总结该地区暴雨洪水特性,提出合理性建议,为当地防洪减灾、经济社会发展提供技术参考。
On August 19, 2016, influenced by local strong convective weather, Ningxia Tongxin Xiamaguan township appear under the strong precipitation process, moderate rain to a heavy rain, causing floods in river basin, a pool of multiple channel process, causes the Xiamaguan township eight villages by heavy rains and flooding. This article through to the Ningxia Xiamaguan ＂160820＂ storm floods investigation and analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of storm floods in the region, and put forward reasonable suggestions, for the local flood prevention and disaster mitigation, economic and social development to provide technical reference.
