Flood Routing Numerical Simulation in Jingjiang Diversion Area Based on MIKE FLOOD Model

摘要 以荆江分洪区为研究对象,依据长江荆江河段水文气象条件,运用MIKE FLOOD建立了长江枝城-监利河段一维河网模型、荆江分洪区二维水动力学模型以及河网与分洪区一、二维耦合计算模型,模拟了不同频率设计洪水条件下分洪区因堤防溃决而被动分洪的情形,分析了数种风险要素及可能遭灾的地区及受灾程度.结果表明,模型能较好模拟荆江分洪区内洪水演进过程,能较好地预测洪水致灾情况并指出危险区域,可为荆江分洪区的洪水风险管理和避洪转移工作提供科学依据. The flood routing process in Jingjiang diversion area based on dike burst under different frequency designed flood conditions were computed with hydrodynamic method on the basis of meteorological and hydrological conditions of survey region. 1-D river network model of Yangtze River reach from Zhicheng to Jianli, 2-D hydrodynamic model of Jingjiang diversion area, and 1-D and 2-D coupling computational model for connecting river network and flood diversion area were built using Mike Flood Model. Several flood submerging distribution and possibly disastrous areas in which calamity degree were analyzed and probable hazardous areas were pointed out. The simulative model can reflect flood routing process quickly, accurately and effectively, which can predicate the degree of disastrous situation and point out probably hazardous areas. According to the numerical simulative consequences, more scientific and complete systems on anti-flood transfer will be provided clearly.
