新形势下我国研究型医院发展的挑战与应对

Challenges and responses of the development of research hospitals under the new situation of China

聚焦国内研究型医院建设的相关话题,首先综述了目前相关领域的研究现状。在此基础上,结合当前国内卫生体制改革和教育体制改革的多重需求,分析国内研究型医院建设中存在的问题。据此针对后续的研究方向,从建设主体遴选、现状评价分析、医疗服务功能转型、一流临床医学学科建设路径和人才发展战略探索5个方面提出相关建议,全面系统地论述建设具有中国特色的研究型医院发展思路。

Focusing on the topic of the construction of research hospitals in China, the current status of related research fields were summarized. Based on the analysis of multiple goals of the ongoing health system reform and the education system reform, the existing problems in China＇s construction of research hospitals were discussed. Suggestions which could be described from five aspects named the construction subject selection, evaluation of the current developing status, transformation of health care services, the construction roadmap of top clinical medicine and strategy of talent cultivation were presented to give some references for research hospital construction.
