摘要 目的:基于回归模型,分析公立医院管理者职业化培养需求。方法:选取北京市10所公立医院开展专家访谈和问卷调查,以院领导、职能部门负责人和各层次医院管理工作人员为研究对象,开展回归模型分析。结果:从事管理工作时间、职称、工作岗位与管理实践能力,职务、学历与管理创新能力,年龄与管理理论分析能力,职务、学历与管理研究能力间差异具有统计学意义。相较于副高级职称、中级职称和无职称,高级职称和初级职称人员对管理研究能力有较强偏好;而管理创新能力方面,需求最大的是临床科室中层管理人员,第二是职能处室中层管理人员。结论:管理者个异化特征与培养需求存在相关关系,建议对管理人员采用多元化培养模式。 Objectives: To discuss the demand of public hospital administrators' professional training based on regression model. Methods: Experts in 10 public hospitals in Beijing were selected to have an interview and questionnaire. The objects included hospital dean, department director and other hospital administrators. Data were analyzed by Logistic regression model. Results: It shows that years for management, title and post has significant difference with the capacity of practice. The tide and education has significant difference with management innovation. Age with theory analysis, title, education with management research capacity also have significant difference. The highest title and junior title pays more attention on improving management research capacity and directors in clinical department and functional depamnent focus on management innovation. Conclusions: There are correlation relationship between individual characters and training demands and multi-training mode is considered to be implemented.
