Construction of medical emergency response system in general hospital

为切实提高综合性医院卫生应急核心能力,着眼于有限条件下有效的医疗应急响应,针对医疗应急事件分级分类,建立应急指挥中心和各类医疗应急队伍分级分类响应指南,完善应急响应资源调配,明确角色分配和任务分工。配套搭建院前院内急救信息联动平台、急诊专科应急呼叫联动平台,构建综合性医院医疗应急响应体系,最终达到有效提升卫生应急效能的目标。

To improve the core capability of health emergency response in general hospital, with a view to effective emergency medical response under the limited condition, an emergency response system for general hospital was constructed, which included establishing emergency command center and graded and classified response guidelines for all kinds of emergency medical teams according to graded and classified medical emergency events, improving the resource allocation of emergency response, clarifying role assignment and task division, setting up the informative linage platform for pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care as well as the emergency call platform for emergency department and specialized departments to effectively improve the health emergency response efficiency.
