文章主要介绍了商业中心发展的新趋势。商业中心应致力于创造独特的消费者体验,重新构造与消费者的关系,以更好地与消费者进行情感沟通和关系营销。随着我国商业中心经营形势愈加严峻,商业中心发展专业化、品牌化、连锁化,体验社交化、新奇化、智能化,经营主题化、差异化、精细化,或将成为必然趋势。
This paper is a main introduction to the trend of shopping centers' development. Shopping centers should create unique consumer experience and rebuild the relationship with consumers to achieve better emotional communication and relationship marketing. As the situation for shopping centers management become tough, it' s inevitable for shopping centers to adapt strategies featuring specialization, branding, chain management, experiential socialization, novelty, intelligence, theme-orientation, differentiation and refinement.
