文章主要论述了北京首钢创意文化产业区的西十筒仓片区的空间改造、结构特点及景观改造再利用的方法。总结旧工业遗存保护利用中的价值体现。以此为例展现当今旧工业遗存区自我更新,自我发展的过程,提出一种旧工业遗存新陈代谢的新模式。

This paper mainly discusses the space transformation, structural features and landscape reconstruction and reuse methods of the West ten silo area of Beijing Shougang creative cultural industry zone. This author summarizes the value embodiment of the protection and utilization of old industrial relics. Taking this as an example, this paper shows the process of self renewal and self development of the old industrial heritage area, and puts forward a new mode of metabolism of the old industrial heritage.
