城郊结合部腾退企业用地的二次开发研究--以绍兴市柯桥区安昌镇为例

摘要 城郊结合部由于区位、土地租金、劳动力等因素,成为较多企业落地的首选。随着城市的进一步发展,城郊结合部土地的二次开发成为重要的研究命题。本次研究以绍兴市柯桥区安昌镇城郊结合部为例,基于腾退企业用地自身特征和困境的分析,从明晰土地产权、补充城市功能、完善内部功能、彰显地区文化、产业链重构等角度出发,对腾退企业用地提出了二次开发思路。 Because of the location, cheap rent of the land, plentyof labor and other factors, suburbs become the veryimportant choice for many enterprises to make land decision.With thedevelopment of the city, the land redevelopment in the outskirts of the city has become an important research topic. This research takes Anchang Town suburb of Keqiao District in ShaoXing City as an example, analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of vacated enterprise land.From the point of view of clear land property rights, supplement the city function, improve internal function, highlighting the region culture, reconstruction of the industrial chain perspective,this paper proposes the main ideas of vacated enterprise land.
