The relationship between feeding behavior and infants' nutrition status

目的 探讨喂养行为与婴幼儿营养发育的相关性。方法 采用自编的“婴幼儿营养调查表”对 346个 0～ 18个月婴幼儿的主要养护人进行入户访谈。结果 出生后 4个月内母乳喂养率高 ,婴幼儿营养状况良好。 4个月后由于辅食添加的不合理 ,其营养状况相对较差。营养发育正常的婴幼儿与营养发育稍差 (低于均值 1个标准差者 )婴幼儿相比较 ,在辅食添加时间上 (P <0 .0 1) ,及添加的种类上 (P <0 .0 1)均有非常显著性差异。其中辅食添加时间的分布方面 ,7～ 9个月的差异最明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在社区健康教育中 ,利用各种传媒向孕妇、年轻父母及其家人普及喂养新观念 ,重点宣传辅食添加知识 。

Objective To discuss the relationship between parents' feeding behavior and infants' nutrition status. Method Interviewed 346 infants' parents whose infant aged below 18 months with our 'table for investigating infants nutrition'. Result In the first 4 months, the rate of breast feeding was high and the nutrition status of the infants was good. But nutrition status of infants became comparatively bad after 4 months because inapposite complementary food was given to infants. Between the infants that with normal and slightly lower nutrition, there are significant differences in the beginning time of complement (P<0.01) and the kinds of food(P<0.01), especially in 7 month old to 9 month old infants. Conclusion Put the emphasis on spreading knowledge of complementary food in community health care and transmit the new ideas of feeding with all kinds of medium
