摘要 大气污染已成为世界各国面临的重大环境和公共卫生问题,对人类健康构成威胁,全球大气污染相关疾病的发病率和病死率成为一个日益严重的问题,大气污染成分中危害首当其冲的是大气细颗粒物(PM2.5).MicroRNA是一类19~23个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,广泛存在于各种细胞中,具有高度保守性、表达时序性和组织表达特异性等生物学特征,近年来,研究发现microRNAs在环境化学物质引起的毒理学过程中起着十分重要的作用,microRNA作为一种新型的生物标志物被广泛关注.本文就microRNA在颗粒物诱导气道免疫炎症方面的进展综述如下. Air pollution has become a major environmental and public health problem ,which poses a threat to human health ,and the morbidity and mortality of the global air pollution related diseases has become an increasingly serious problem , the most harmful component of atmospheric pollution is atmospheric fine particulate matter .MicroRNA is a kind of non-coding small RNA of 19-23 nucleotides .It is widely found in various cells and has high conservation ,sequence and tissue expression specificity .In recent years ,it has been found that microRNAs plays an important role in the toxicology of environmental chemicals ,microRNA has attracted wide attention as a new type of biomarker .This review summarizes the progress of microRNA in the induction of airway immune inflammation by particulate matter .
