摘要
在解决半刚性基层收缩裂缝问题上,水泥稳定碎石基层微裂技术在我国一直处于研究与发展的初期阶段。通过研究振动压实仪的振动时间与无侧限抗压强度降低百分率之间的关系,确定了微裂程度与振动时间的对应关系;利用裂缝宽度检测仪观测和读取微裂后试件表面的微裂缝宽度值,并借助SPSS软件对实测微裂缝宽度值数据进行处理与统计分析。研究表明:通过描述性统计分析确定出不同微裂程度下微裂缝宽度值的分布范围,为水泥稳定碎石基层微裂技术提供了定量关系的理论参考;同时利用单变量多因素方差分析(UNIANOVA)研究微裂程度与材料结构类型对微裂缝宽度值影响显著性,得出微裂程度对于微裂缝宽度值影响显著,而材料的结构类型对于微裂缝宽度值无显著性影响。
For the settlement of shrinkage cracks of semi-rigid base,the micro-crack technology of cement-stabilized macadam base in our country has been at the early stage of research and development. Through the study on the relationship between vibration time of the compaction tester and reducing percentage of unconfined compressive strength,the relationship between the degree of micro-crack and vibration time was determined; the micro-crack width value on the specimen surface after micro-crack was observed and read by the crack width detector; the processing and statistical analysis on the filed measurement data of micro-crack width was carried out with the help of SPSS. The results show that: through descriptive statistical analysis,the range of micro-crack width value at various degrees of micro-crack is determined,which provides the theoretical reference for the quantitative relationship for the micro-crack technology of cement-stabilized macadam base. At the same time,by using univariate analysis of variance( UNIANOVA) to research the impact significance which the microcrack degree and the type of material structure have on the micro-crack width value,it is concluded that the micro-crack degree has a significant effect on micro-crack width value while the type of material structure has no significant effect on that.
