依法治国视域下的当代中国政党制度建设

The Development of Contemporary Chinese Party System under the Rule of Law

党的十八届四中全会提出了全面推进依法治国的战略决策,为我国党政建设开辟了新的思路。本文在回顾近代历史上党政关系的基础上,对全面推进依法治国背景下党政建设提出了几点建议。政党必须在法律许可的范围内执政,依照法律管理国家事务和社会经济事务,保障人民的切实权益。

At its Fourth Plenum, the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic decision to comprehensively advance the rule of law, which has opened up new ideas for improving Party building and government administration in China. On the basis of reviewing the party-government relationships in the recent history, this paper provides some suggestions on how to improve Party building and government administration under the background of the rule of law. The Party and government must govern within the scope of their authority defined by the law, administer state affairs and social and economic affairs in accordance with the law, and truly protect the rights and interests of the people.
