摘要
无论是"教师德性至上论"还是"教师德性基础论",都容易使教师德性陷入困境。审视教师的德性困境,其根源正是由于教师德性的双重属性,导致社会需求与教师个人诉求的矛盾,引发高标准的要求与基本的职业素养之间的差距与争论。而人性假设的复杂、伦理价值的矛盾、规范制约的两难,又是教师德性双重属性的根源所在,也是教师德性困境的推手。教师德性困境的破解则需对人性应作二维理解、正视义利之辨、构建制度伦理。
Whether the standard of teachers' morality is "high" or "fundamental", it is easy for teachers to get into trouble. Examining teachers' moral dilemma, one can find its root cause is the dual attributes of teachers' morality because the contradiction between the society and an individual teacher always cause the gap and debate between the "high standard requirements" and "fundamental professional quality". Why does it raise the conflict between the social demands and the individual demands? Why doesn' t the high-standard teacher's morality run parallel to the fundamental one? The reasons can be found in decoding human nature, the contradiction of ethical values and the dilemma of system and regulations.
