摘要
当前少数教师陷入弃德逐利的道德困境,这是社会道德困境在教育中的投射,而社会出现的道德困境是市场化社会的副产品。教师德性困境根源是追逐利益的满足而忽视了教师德性养成。作为"经济人"的教师难以通过培训、说教、学习榜样等方式培育德性,只有承认教师的正当利益需求,通过调整正当而合理的利益配置制度,使教师"德""利""福"统一,才可能化解教师的德性困境。
Currently, a few teachers, who have discarded morality and been seeking profit, have fallen into the moral predicament. This is what the social moral crisis reflects in education, and the social moral crisis is the by product of the marketized society. It is teachers' seeking profit and neglecting to cultivate morality that leads to their moral predicament. As an "economic-man" teacher, it is difficult for him to cultivate morality by training, preaching, learning models. The only way to resolve teachers' moral predicament is to establish a reasonable allocation system of profit to meet teachers' need and to unite the "morality", "profit" and "blessing" as one.
