摘要
技术变革条件下教师异化,主要表现为技术替代、控制与压迫教师。技术创造与应用主体分化是教师异化的主体原因,技术自身二元性特质是教师异化的客体原因,教师的技术适应是教师异化的实践根源。建立健全教师参与技术建构的机制,强化技术引入的合理评估与应用,不断提升教师技术应用的主体能力,是消解教师异化的有效途径。
The phenomenon of teachers' alienation under the condition of technological change is mainly reflected in that teachers are replaced, controlled and oppressed by modern technology. The differentiation between technological creation and applying subject is the subject reason of teachers' alienation. The duality of the technology is the object reason of the teacher' s alienation. Teachers' adaptation to technology is the practice origin of teachers' alienation. The effective way to dispel the alienation of teachers is to establish and perfect the mechanism of teachers' participation in the construction of technology, strengthen the rational assessment and application of the introduced technology, and enhance teachers' subjective ability to apply technology.
