摘要
目的:了解退回至通州区中心血站的直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性的红细胞特征,寻找减少直抗阳性血液采集的措施,避免资源浪费。方法:回顾性分析本单位2014-2016年间由医院退回的直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性的红细胞产品,根据献血码查询献血者资料并收集整理,进行统计学分析。结果:2014、2015、2016年分别有61袋(93单位)、73袋(111单位)、86袋(132单位)红细胞类血液产品因直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性而被退回血站进行报废处理,占当年血站总供应红细胞类产品的比例分别是0.81‰、1.03‰、1.18‰,亲属互助献血的无偿献血者直抗阳性退血率连续增长,从2014年的0.35‰增长至2016年的1.62‰。12、1、2月采集的血液直抗阳性退血率低于其他月份,女性献血者捐献红细胞因直抗阳性而被医院退回血站报废处理的比例连续3年都高于男性。结论:为了降低直抗阳性血液报废率,应做好献血者招募管理,加大无偿献血的宣传力度,鼓励健康男性进行无偿献血,减少亲属互助献血。
Objective:To know the characteristics of the positive directly antiglobulin test(DAT)RBC returned from hospitals,and find ways to reduce the collection of DAT-positive RBC and avoid blood waste.Method:The donors' information whose blood was returned from hospitals because of DAT-positive during the past three yearswere retrospectively analysed.The donors' information was got by querying the blood donation records according to the blood donation codes.Statistical analysis was used.Result:In 2014,2015 and 2016,there were 61 bags(93 units),73 bags(111 units),and 86 bags(132 units)respectively red blood cell products back to blood station from hospital for disposal because of DAT-positive.And the DAT-positive RBC return rates were respectively0.81‰,1.03‰ and 1.18‰in proportion to the total RBC supply the year.The DAT-positive RBC return rates from relatives mutual blood donation had the consecutive growth in the past three years,from 0.35‰in 2014 to1.62‰in 2016.The blood collected in December,January and February had the lower DAT-positive return rates than other months.The RBC from female donors had the higher DAT-positive return rates than that of male donors in the past three years.Conclusion:In order to reduce the disposal of DAT-positive blood,we should make management in recruiting blood donors,increase the publicity of voluntary blood donation,encourage healthy men to donate blood and reduce relatives mutual blood donation.
