Rebuilding Tianjin′s Haihe River Culture in Xiong′an New Area Construction

雄安新区生态发展和模式创新已升至文化层面,与新区存在"港口-腹地"依存关系的天津海河文化重构就提上了日程。以河流廊道为纽带,新区建设与天津海河文化重构之间的关联表现在:重构"海门历史文化保护带",突出天津港在新区外向型、国际化发展中的门户地位;重构"津门文化大遗址保护",唤起民众对津保间内河航运与生态修复的关注;重构"九河下梢卫派文化",从流域系统视角阐述大清河、白洋淀再生与新城建设同步;重构"海河-大清河河流廊道文化带",深层推进"京津雄安(冀)"文化一体化。

As the ecological development and model innovation in Xiong＇an New Area are rising to the cultural level, it has been on the government agenda to rebuild Tianjin＇ s Haihe River Culture, since Tianjin and the new area are interrelated as ＂port and hinterland＂. With the river corridor as a link, we are supposed to rebuild the historical and cultural protection zone of Haihe River to highlight the portal position of Tianjin Port during its internationalization in the new area, protect cultural relics in Tianjin to raise public concern about the ecological restoration and shipping of the inland waterway between Tianjin and Baoding, rebuild local culture in Tianjin to synchronize the regeneration of Daqinghe River and Baiyangdian Lake as well as Xiong＇ an New Area Construction; rebuild the cultural zone between Haihe River and Daqinghe River to promote the cultural integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
