采用文献资料、理论分析方法对培育新兴业态发展的诱发催生因素和政府调控的作用机理开展定性研究。通过探究政府宏观调控、新兴业态培育与市场的关联度,厘清市场经济前提下政府培育新兴业态发展的学理因由与宏观调控作用机理,立足当前新兴业态的特性、模式和发展趋势,针对性提出培育新兴业态融合发展的因应策略。

By way of documentary data and theoretical analysis, this article aims to carry out a qualitative research on government control mechanism and inducing factors of new industry cultivation. By exploring the government control, the relevancy between market and new industry cultivation, this article clarifies the academic reason of cultivating a new industry by government in a market economy as well as the mechanism of state macro-control of the economy. Based on the characteristics, pattern and development of a current new industry, some adaptive strategies to the cultivation and integrative development of the new industry have been put forward.
