摘要
基于德国功能派的翻译行为理论中的五大参与者,将翻译项目管理中的参与者进行分类,再将各个参与者的行为参照项目管理的理论进行归类,进而依据项目管理进程简化翻译项目管理的流程,解决现有的两种翻译项目管理流程中出现的问题。依据简化后的翻译项目管理流程结合翻译项目管理的实践经验,提出了小型翻译项目管理团队必需的职能人员及其职责和必备素质,揭示了翻译行为理论对翻译项目管理的指导性意义。
This paper classifies the participants in translation project management based on the five participants of the Theory of Translation Action held by Functionalists. Then, actions of participants are categorized according to the theory of project management. Relying on this, the translation project management process is simplified furthermore to solve problems caused by current Translation Project Management Process. According to the simplified translation project management process and the author's management experience, this paper proposes the required personnel as well as their responsibilities and qualities in a small translation project management team. This paper also reveals the guidance of the Theory of Translational Action in translation project management.
