摘要
为广西粘虫预测预报和科学使用化学农药提供参考依据,本研究于2015年10月上旬田间采集回迁至广西的粘虫,带回室内观察其产卵能力,并采用浸叶法测定粘虫对11种杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明回迁粘虫的平均蛹历期、产卵前期和产卵期分别为10.30 d、7.13 d和7.50 d,羽化率为52.15%,雌雄虫性比为1∶1.31,单雌平均产卵量为894.81粒,平均卵孵化率为91.49%,雌雄虫平均寿命分别为14.00 d和11.81 d。杀虫剂敏感性测定结果表明,氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲维盐、茚虫威和阿维菌素对粘虫3龄幼虫LC_(50)值分别为0.24、1.16、3.88和5.67 mg/L,在11种杀虫剂中毒力较高。因此,建议在每年10月中下旬可诱捕粘虫成蛾,11月上旬诱卵;粘虫大爆发时可轮换使用氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲维盐、茚虫威和阿维菌素进行防治。
To provide a reference to outbreak forecasts of Mythimna separata( Walker) in Guangxi,and quantitative use of chemical pesticides against it,we collected M. separata that migrated back to Guangxi from the field in early October,2015,and assessed their oviposition ability and sensitivity of larvae to 11 different insecticides using leaf dip in the laboratory. The mean duration of pupa, pre-oviposition,oviposition was 10. 30,7. 13 and 7. 50 days,respectively. The emergence rate was 52. 15% and the sex ratio was 1 ∶ 1. 31( F ∶ M). The average fecundity was 894. 81 eggs per female and the hatch rate was 91. 49%. The average longevity of female and male was 14. 00 and 11. 80 days,respectively. The sensitivity test showed that chlorantraniliprole, emamectin benzoate, indoxacarb and avermectin were relatively effective against third instar larvae among the 11 insecticides. The LC_(50) of these pesticides was 0. 24,1. 16,3. 88 and 5. 67 mg/L,respectively. The results suggested that trapping adults in middle to late October,and trapping eggs in early November were recommended for outbreak controls of M. separata in Guangxi. Chemical pesticides, especially chlorantraniliprole, emamectin benzoate, indoxacarb and avermectin,could be used in rotation for controlling M. separata larvae.
