变电站巡检机器人监控系统实现技术与应用功能设计 被引量:23

摘要 针对集控站所辖变电站内的多厂家巡检机器人各自使用功能简单且难以统一监控及信息共享的问题,提出在变电站建立统一通信控制平台,在集控站建立统一监控运维平台,在省运检中心建立统一监管和数据中心的三级纵向贯通、横向集成的变电站巡检机器人监控及运维体系;提出了变电站机器人通信控制平台通信组网方式及信息安全措施;提出了集控站监控平台功能框架,并对功能进行了介绍。该监控系统已实际投入运行,成功实现了对巡检机器人的高效统一监控。 To solve the management problem of multi-vender's inspection robots with their monitoring control system in substations, which are difficult to be monitored and controlled, also affect information share, this paper presents an unified communication and control platform for substation, a centralized operation maintenance platform in centralized control station, and an unified supervisory management platform in the provincial operation maintenance center to forms a substation-based inspection robots supervisory and operation maintenance system with three vertical layers information exchange and Horizontal integration management of related system. The network and the cyber security measures are also presented for the communication and control platform in substation. The function design of supervisory control platform in the centralized operation maintenance centers is also provided. A whole system has been developed and putted into real operation successfully and effectively.
