摘要
企业的发展离不开人才的培养,国有建筑企业在传统体制的影响下,对人力资源的培训与开发重视程度不够,面对日趋激烈的全球竞争,如何提升企业的整体管理水平,重视人力资源培训开发与管理,是国有建筑企业增强竞争力的重要方式。本文通过分析在人力资源培训开发中存在的问题,结合实际,探讨更适合国有建筑企业人力资源培训开发的新思路。
Human resource training and development plays an important role in enterprise management.Under the influence of traditional management system, the state-owned construction enterprises do not attachimportance to human resource training and development. Facing the fierce global competition, how toimprove human resource management, especially training and development, is very urgent and important.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in enterprises, this paper puts forward some suitablesuggestions for human resource training and development in state-owned construction enterprises.
