高校的制度化建设,是提高人才培养质量,实现高校管理科学化、规范化的重要保障。本文探讨一种基于现代学校制度的高校管理对策,供高校的制度建设和管理实践借鉴。
College institutionalization is an important guarantee for improving the quality of talent trainingand realizing the scientific and standardized college management. This thesis discusses Countermeasures ofCollege Management Based on Modem School, which can be used for reference in college systemconstruction and management.
