摘要
将结构规整的羟基封端苯基梯形聚倍半硅氧烷与正丁基锂反应,获得一种大分子催化剂,用其在促进剂存在下催化D4开环聚合.研究表明,当促进剂二甲基亚砜用量为D4的3%,D4/Li=75时,在110℃下聚合4h所得产物收率较高,分子量较高,分子量分布较窄且呈单峰分布.所得产物经FT-IR,~1 H-NMR和^(29)Si-NMR表征为一种新型主链含苯基梯形聚倍半硅氧烷链段的嵌段共聚物.
A kind of macromolecular catalyst was prepared by hydroxyl end-capped phenyl laddelike polysilsesquioxane with regular structure and n-butyllithium, by which D4 ring opening polymerization was catalyzed with the promoter. The results showed that the products had high yield, high molecular weight and narrow single molecular weight distribution when the polymerization carried out at 110 ℃ for 4 h with dimethyl sulphoxide content as 3o/40 of D4 and D4/Li was 75. The products were also represented as a new type of block copolymer with phenyl ladder-like polysilsesquioxane in the main chain by FT-IR, 1 H-NMR and 29 Si-NMR.
