摘要
生物强化技术是一种能有效提高废水生物处理降解效率的技术,尤其是和固定化技术和膜生物反应器结合之后,在处理难降解有机污染物方面有着广阔的应用前景.文章分析了生物强化技术应用的现状,综述了分子生物技术在生物强化中的应用,总结了生物强化存在的问题,并对生物强化结合基因工程和纳米技术的前景进行了展望.
Bioaugmentation technology is a kind of technique for effectively improving the degradation efficiency of wastewater biological treatment. Especially combined with immobilization technology and membrane bioreactor, bioaugmentation technology has a broad application prospect in treating refractory organic pollutants. This paper analyzes the current application situation of bioaugmentation technology, presents a general overview for the application of molecular biology technology in bioaugmentation, and summarizes the problems in bioaugmentation, then proposes outlook on the prospect of bioaugmentation technology combining with genetic engineering and nanotechnology.
