广西宾阳县以QQ网络诈骗为主的诈骗犯罪,其危害已经扩散至国内外,成为影响社会稳定和群众安全感的突出犯罪问题。宾阳县因此被公安部列为全国7个重点打击治理的地域性职业诈骗犯罪地区之一。通过对"宾阳电信网络诈骗犯罪"演变历程进行研究,思考并剖析早期宾阳县开展打击整治工作存在的问题,有针对性地构建综合治理体系。

The QQ online fraud crime in Guangxi Binyang has spread with its harm at home and abroad, which has affect social stability and public security. Binyang County has become one of the seven key occupational fraud crime region marked by the ministry of public security. Through the study of the evolution of＂ Binyang telecom network fraud crime＂, thinking and analyzing the early problems existing in the renovation work in Binyang, they should build the comprehensive control system for the fraud crime.
