典型C0-C0轴式交流传动电力机车二系载荷调整方法研究

摘要 为保证机车轮(轴)重分配均衡,需通过调簧操作保证机车二系载荷分布的均衡性,为解决典型C0-C0 轴列式电力机车二系调簧操作困难的问题,本文通过对机车二系支持结构分析建模,提出一种可以实现简化二系支持结构的局部调簧方法。经实车数据验证,该局部调簧方法在实现简化支承数目的同时也较大程度上完成了对机车二系载荷的均衡分布调整,经局部调整后的机车再进行整体调簧所需操作步骤更少、效果更好,该方法对指导实际调簧工艺意义重大。 In order to ensure the balance of the load distribution of the locomotive wheel ( axle), it is necessary toensure the balance of the load distribution of the locomotive by the spring operation. In order to solve the problem ofthe difficulty of the secondary spring adjustment for Co - CO locomotive, a local spring method which can realize thesimplified secondary spring load was proposed based on the analysis modeling for the structural of the locomotivesecondary spring supports. Experiments on real locomotive show that the local spring method can simplify the num-ber of the secondary spring supports as well as can complete the locomotive secondary spring load adjustment to agreater extent. The local spring method can reduce the overall adjustment steps, and the effect is better, the methodcan significantly improve the availability and efficiency of the secondary spring adjustment process.
