摘要 提出了一种结合MATLAB程序实现的基于模糊神经网络的建设项目社会稳定风险评估方法。该方法是通过风险调查进行风险识别,在构建评估指标体系并确定指标体系权重的前提下,设置风险评判等级,然后建立评价指标体系与评价对象各个等级的隶属度矩阵,并将模糊数学引入,与神经网络相结合,最后通过MATLAB语言进行编程实现。以福州市新店外环路西段道路工程为例,利用该方法进行了可行性验证。 This paper proposed a combined social stability risk assessment method which is based on fuzzy neural network and coded using MATLAB. The method can identify risk through risk investigation,under the premise of establishing the evaluation index system and determining the weight of the index system,the risk evaluation level is assumed,and then the membership matrix of the evaluation index system and the evaluation object are determined,the fuzzy mathematics is then introduced which is combined with the neural network,and finally the programming realization is coded by using MATLAB language. Taking the outer loop western section road engineering of xindian Fuzhou as an example,the feasibility of this method is verified.
