摘要
利用聚甲醛(POM)/聚丙烯(PP)复合黏结剂与钛合金粉末制备出催化脱脂型专用料。结果表明:提高粉末含量会使专用料粘度增大,且专用料对温度的敏感性较低,能在较宽范围内注射成型;加入EVA和硬脂酸锂可进一步降低体系的表观粘度。当氮气通入速率为100 cm^3/min,硝酸通入速率为0.010~0.050 cm^3/min时,注射坯脱脂效率高。POM被脱脂去除后,样品依然保持原有的形状与结构。
Polyformaldehyde(POM)/polypropylene (PP) composite binder and titanium alloy powder were used to prepare catalytic degreasing dedicated materials. The results show that increasing the content of titanium alloy powder can increase the viscosity of dedicated materials. The sensitivity of dedicated materials to the temperature is low, which can be injected in a wide temperature range. In addition, adding EVA and lithium stearate can furtherly reduce the apparent viscosity of the system. The injection billet degreasing efficiency is high when the nitrogen inlet rate is 100 cm3/min and the nitric acid inlet rate is 0.010-0.050 cm3/min. The sample still maintains the original shape and structure after the catalytic degreasing of POM.
