摘要
为了实现低成本三维打印制备金属、陶瓷零件,研究了喷射UV光固化粘结剂的3DP法,介绍了该3DP法三维打印制备金属、陶瓷零件的完整工艺流程,研究了所采用的UV光固化粘结剂的有关特性。结果表明,紫外光照强度在750~1500 m W/cm2内对粘结剂的固化情况影响不大,峰值固化时间都在4~5 s,总固化时间在21~22 s。粘结剂加热到约230℃时完全固化,约340℃时开始分解,约460℃时分解完全。固化后的粘结剂及其烧损后的残留物中主要含C、H和O三种元素。所得到的研究结果可为整个工艺过程有关参数的选择和最终制件成分的控制提供依据。
In order to fabricate metal or ceramic parts with three dimensional printing in a low cost, a 3DP method with spraying UV curing binder was studied. The complete process flow for fabricating metal or ceramic parts with 3DP method was introduced. The related properties of the used UV curing adhesive were mainly studied. The results show that the UV light irradiating energy has little effect on the curing process of the binder when it is between 750 mW/cm2 and 1500 mW/cm2. The peak curing time is about 4-5 s, and the total curing time is 21-22 s. The binder cures completely when it is heated to about 230 ℃, begins to decompose at about 340 ℃, and decomposes completely at about 460 ℃. The cured binder and its residue by burning mainly contain three elements of C, H and O. The results obtained can provide the basis for selecting process parameters of the 3DP method and controlling the composition of the final parts.
