摘要
采用脉冲等离子体爆炸表面改性技术(PPT)对65Mn钢进行处理。通过光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机研究了经改性处理前后样品的组织、形貌、相结构、显微硬度和耐磨性能的变化。结果表明:经PPT改性处理后,在65Mn钢表面形成了不同厚度的改性层;该过程中65Mn钢材料的表层发生α-Fe相向γ-Fe相的转变,且因渗氮效应生成FeN和Fe_2N相。经PPT改性处理后,试样表面的硬度和耐磨性提高;当电容容量为100%C时,硬度较基体而言提高了80%,磨损量减少为基体的一半。
65Mn steel wastreated by pulsed-plasma detonation surface modification technology (PPT). The microstructure, morphologies, phase, microhardness and wear resistance of 65Mn steel before and after modification treatment were analyzed by optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectrum, microhardness tester and friction and wear testing machine. The results show that after PPT modification treatment, the modified layers with different thicknesses appear on the surface of 65Mn steel samples. During the process, a-Fe on the surface of 65Mn steel transforms into γ-Fe, meanwhile, the FeN and Fe2N phase appears contibuting to nitriding effect. After PPT modification treatment, the hardness and wear resistance of the sample surface improve. When the capacitor capacity is 100%C, the microhardness is 80% higher than that of the substrate, and the wear mass loss reduces to half of the substrate.
