冷却方式对Cr26Ni14Nb2钢抗氧化性能的影响

摘要 采用增重法对Cr26Ni14Nb2奥氏体耐热钢的抗氧化性能进行研究,并用XRD、SEM对氧化膜的组成及结构进行了分析。结果表明,冷却方式对Cr26Ni14Nb2钢在不同温度下的氧化膜构成影响不大,主要成分均为Cr_2O_3及尖晶石结构的物质,但温度超过950℃后,氧化膜中出现了Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4,且随温度升高它们的数量增加;三种冷却方式的试样,在850、950℃加热时,均具有较好的抗氧化性能;在1050℃加热时,空冷试样具有更好的抗氧化性。 AThe oxidation resistance of Cr26Ni14Nb2 was studied by oxidation weight increasing method and the composition and phase structure of the oxidized surface were analyzed by using XRD and SEM. The results show that the cooling mode has little effect on the component of the oxide film of Cr26Ni14Nb2 steel at different temperatures, the main components are Cr2O3 and the material with spinel structure, but Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 occur in the oxide film after the temperature exceeding 950 ℃, and their amount increases with the temperature increasing; all of the samples of three kinds of cooling methods have better oxidation resistance when heating at 850 ℃ and 950 ℃, and the air cooling samples have the best oxidation resistance when heating at 1050 ℃.
