摘要
采用OM、SEM和电子拉力试验机,研究了元素Y和Ca对AZ31镁合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量的稀土Y和碱土Ca细化了AZ31的显微组织,可产生细小且弥散分布的高熔点第二相Al2Y和Al2Ca,从而改善AZ31镁合金的室温和高温力学性能。在研究范围内,1.5%wt Y+0.45wt%Ca合金的组织以及各项力学性能达到最优。
The effects of yttrium and calcium elements on the mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy were systematically studied by OM, SEM and electronic tensile testing machine. The results show that adding proper contents of rare earth Y and alkaline earth Ca can refine the microstruture of AZ31 alloy, and small second phases Al2Y and Al2Ca appear, which distribute uniformly and have high melting points,then, the mechanical properties of the AZ31 alloy at room temperature and high temperature improve. In the research range, the microstructure and mechanical properties of 1.5wt%Y+0.45wt%Ca alloy are optimal.
