摘要
通过爆炸焊接工艺制备T2/Q235复合板,并研究了时效处理对复合板力学性能及磨损性能的影响。利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜对结合面的组织结构进行了分析;利用万能试验机和磨损试验机等设备对复合板的力学性能和耐磨性能进行了测试。试验表明:时效处理参数设定为(300±5)℃温度下保温2 h,得到的复合板硬度最高,此时硬度达到了135 HV;时效处理后,随着复合板硬度的提高,剪切强度有轻微提高,但是粘结强度有所降低;T2/Q235复合板的耐磨性能是铜合金模具滑块的3倍以上,T2/Q235复合板可用来替代一些常用的铜合金。
T2/Q235 composite board was prepared by explosive welding, and the effects of aging treatment on mechanical properties and wear resistance of T2/Q235 composite board were studied. The microstructure of the joint was analyzed by SEM and metallographic microscope. The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composite plate were tested by universal testing machine and wear tester. The results show that the highest hardness obtained is 135 HV when the aging treatment temperature is (300~5)~C and the aging time is 2 hours. With the hardness increasing, after aging treatment, the shear strength increases slightly, while the bond strength decreases, the wear resistance of T2/Q235 composite plate is more than 3 times that of copper alloy mold slider, it means that T2/Q235 composite board can be used to replace some common copper alloy.
