摘要
通过几何尺寸测量、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、显微组织及断口分析,对35Cr Mo A抽油杆的断裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:抽油杆断裂是由油田腐蚀介质和交变应力引起的杆体腐蚀疲劳断裂,裂纹起源于杆体镦粗起始端腐蚀坑处,断口处的显微组织为回火索氏体,并存在块状铁素体,抗拉强度接近标准下限。
The fracture failure reasons for 35CrMoA sucker rod were analyzed by geometric measure, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test, microstructure and fracture analysis. The results show that the fracture of sucker rod is rod body corrosion fatigue fracture, which is caused by oilfield corrosion medium and alternating stress. The crack initiates from the corrosion pit at the beginning of upsetting sucker rod. The microstructure of the fracture is composed of tempered sorbate and granular ferrite, and the tensile strength is closed to low limit criteria.
