摘要
为了提高我国大、中直径HFW焊管生产焊接工艺,系统综述了国内外HFW焊管发展现状、制管原理和生产工艺,比较分析了生产制备中感应焊与接触焊在质量、工艺及节电等方面存在的异同,指出了接触焊在大、中直径(406 mm、508 mm和610 mm等)HFW焊管生产中的应用优势,并系统论述了接触焊的关键技术,提出了电极与焊机优选、电极摆动臂调节系统与冷却系统设计等关键技术的突破性解决思路。
In order to enhance welding procedure of large and medium diameter HFW welded pipe production in China, this paper introduced the development situation, pipe-making principle and production technology at home and abroad, compared and analyzed similarities and differences between induction welding and contact welding of quality, technology and power saving in HFW welded pipe production, pointed out the application advantages of eontact welding in 406 mm, 508 mm, 610 mm and other large and medium diameter HFW welded pipe, discussed key technology of contact welding of HFW welded pipe, and presented the electrodes and welding machine optimization, swinging arm electrode regulating system, cooling system design and some other solution of key technology.
