漏磁检测设备原装探头与国产化探头性能对比

摘要 为了降低钢管全管体漏磁检测设备探头的消耗成本,通过对国产探头的考察研究,研制出符合美国Tuboscope全管体漏磁检测设备使用要求的国产化纵、横向探头。将国产化探头与原装进口探头的外观、性能参数等进行比较分析。对比结果显示,研发的全管体漏磁纵、横向探头在检测Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm N12.5人工刻槽时,增益(dB)值相同的情况下进口探头波高大于国产探头波高(最大差异7%);检测同一人工缺陷时,在波高相同的情况下,国产探头对应增益值大于进口探头增益值(最大差异5.5 dB)。试用结果表明,该国产探头可以替代同类型进口探头。 In order to reduce probe consumption cost of full steel pipe magnetic flux leakagc(MFL)equipment, by investigating and researching of homegrown probe, homegrown portrait and landscape probes which conformed to American Tuboscope full steel pipe MFL equipment using requirement were developed, and appearance and performance of original probe and homegrown probe were compared. In testing φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm N12.5 artificial notch groove, the wave height of original probe was higher than homegrown prube's with same gain dB value, tbe maximum difference is 7%; In testing same artificial defect with the same wave height, the gain of homegrown probe was higher than original probe's, the maximum difference is 5.5 dB. The trial results showed that homegrown prube could replace congeneric original probe.
