摘要 为了解决制管车间钢管横移车定位可靠性差、钢管托举时出现碰撞的问题,采用高精度激光实时测距传感器作为定位介质,设计了一种横移车绝对位置定位方法,同时提出了人身安全防护措施思路,确保了操作人员始终处于风险可控工作环境内。该横移车定位方式结构简单,故障率低,维护方便,准确度高,能够保障横移车长时间处于稳定工作状态,能有效降低横移车维护成本,显著提高制管车间生产效率。 In order to solve the poor reliability of steel pipe transverse moving loaders in pipe workshop and the impact in lifting steel pipe, a transverse moving loaders absolute location method was designed, using high precision laser real-time ranging sensor as the medium of location, and presented personal safety measures to ensure operating personnel worked in controllable risks work environment. The location mode of steel pipe transverse moving loaders were simple in structure, low failure rale, easy to maintain and accurate, ensured steady operation of transverse moving loaders for a long time, costed down effectively and increase productivity of pipe workshop observably.
