摘要
为进一步完善高压管道焊接质量控制方式和管理水平,结合惠州炼化二期工程相关实践经验,从高压管道焊接工艺、焊工资质、焊接材料、过程控制和自动化5方面对高压管道焊接质量控制进行了深入分析和探讨。结果表明,正确选择焊接工艺、对焊工分级管理、科学控制焊接材料、严格控制焊接过程、应用自动化焊接技术,是提高高压管道安装焊接工程质量水平的必要保证。
In order to improve welding quality control of high pressure pipeline and management, combined with practical experience of the second phase of huizhou refinery, welding quality control of high pressure pipeline was analyzed and discussed by welding technology, qualification of welder, welding material, process control and automation. The results showed that choosing correct welding technology, managing welders at different levels, controlling welding material scientifically, controlling welding process strictly and using automatic welding technology could ensure welding engineering quality of high pressure pipeline.
