研究在全面分析我国由计划经济向社会主义市场经济过渡阶段,我国的竞技人才培养也经历着变化,以往在计划经济条件下建立的"举国体制"人才培养模式出现问题,需要与时俱进,作出合理调整。研究在比较英国竞技体育人才培养模式,以及美国的竞技体育培养模式的基础上,希望取"他山之石",寻找到一条更加适合市场经济背景的我国竞技体育人才培养新模式。

In a comprehensive analysis of the transition from a planned economy to a socialist market economy in our country, the training of athletes in our country also underwent changes. Based on the comparison of the training model of competitive sports talents in the United Kingdom and the cultivation model of competitive sports in the United States, this study hopes to take the ＂stone of the other mountain＂ and find a new mode of cultivating competitive sports talents in our country which is more suitable for the market economy.
