1,5-二芳基-3-吡唑烷酮衍生物的合成及晶体结构表征

摘要 以取代肉桂酸甲酯与对甲氧基苯肼为原料,合成得到1,5-二芳基-3-吡唑烷酮衍生物,利用溶剂挥发法得到5-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-1-对甲基苯基-3-吡唑烷酮化合物的单晶,对其进行元素分析、核磁表征和X-射线单晶衍射分析。晶体结构分析结果表明:该晶体为三斜晶系、P-1空间群,属于五元半椅式结构,晶胞参数为:a=9.429(19),b=10.107(2),c=10.848(2),α=96.50(3)°,β=111.60(3)°,γ=114.43(3)°。 To replace the methyl cinnamate and p-methoxy phenylhydrazine as raw material,1,5-diaryl-3-pyrazolidinone derivatives were synthesized. A single crystal of 5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-p-methylphenyl-3-pyrazolidinone compound was obtained by a solvent evaporation method. Its elemental analysis,nuclear magnetic characterization and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis were carried out. The crystal structure analysis results show that the crystal is triclinic P-1 space group,which belongs to five-element half-chair structure. The unit cell parameters are: a = 9. 429(19) ,b = 10. 107(2) ,c = 10. 848(2) ,α = 96. 50(3)°,β=111.60(3)°,γ=114.43(3)°。
