大一新生时间管理、无聊感与学校适应性的关系研究

On the Relationship between Time Management Disposition,Boredom and School Adaptation of College Freshmen

采用时间管理量表、无聊倾向量表和大学生学校适应性量表,以541名大学一年级新生为对象,调查大一学生时间管理倾向、无聊感与学校适应性之间的关系,并探讨无聊感在时间管理倾向与学校适应性之间的中介作用。研究结果表明,大一学生时间管理倾向、无聊感与学校适应性显著相关,时间管理和无聊感有效预测大学新生的学校适应;无聊感在时间管理倾向与大一学生学校适应性之间存在中介作用。结果提示,提升时间管理能力可以提高大一学生的学校适应能力。

541 college freshmen were tested with time management scale, Boring Tendency Scale and the School Adaptation Scale to explore the relationships between time management disposition, boredom and school ad- aptation of freshmen, boredom in mediating role between time management and school adaptation. The results show that there arc significant con＇elation time management disposition, boredom and school Adaptation of freshmen, then time management and boredom predicted scbool adaptation; The intermediary effect tests show that boredom mediated the effect of the relationships between time management and school adaptation of freshmen. The results show that time management could improve the school adaptation ability of university freshmen.
