高校师范生教育实习存在的问题及其对策研究——以贵州某高校为例

The Problems Existing in Normal University Students' Teaching Practice and the Countermeasures for Them——A Case Study of a University in Guizhou

教育实习是高校师范生高等教育过程中不可或缺的重要环节,是高校师范生走上教师岗位的必经之路,同时也是高校师范生将所学的理论知识应用于实践的有效途径。通过分析当前高校师范生教育实习存在的问题,提出切实可行的对策,提高高校师范生的实习质量和培养质量,更好地为基础教育服务。

Teaching practice is an essential process in the education for normal college and university students, which prepares the students for their teaching career. In addition, it is an effective way for the students to put the theory they have learned into practice. The paper, based on the analysis of the problems existing in normal students＇ teaching practice, puts forward feasible countermeasures to improve the quality of students＇ teaching practice, so as to prove better service for the elementary education.
