膀胱癌合并前列腺增生同期行经尿道等离子电切术

Transurethral resection of bladder cancer with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:非肌层浸润性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生同期行经尿道等离子电切术治疗的临床效果。方法:所选研究对象为医院收治的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生患者,年限为2015年1月-2017年1月,符合标准的有21例。所有患者均实施等离子膀胱肿瘤切除术联合经尿道等离子电切术同期治疗。患者及家属均知情同意,比较治疗前后患者的前列腺症状改善情况。结果:治疗后,患者最大尿流率、残余尿量、国际前列腺症状评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者均顺利完成手术,均痊愈出院,术中均未出现相关并发症;术后随访12个月,所有患者均未出现严重并发症,且无复发。结论:在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生患者治疗中,同期行经尿道等离子电切术治疗的效果理想,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective：The clinical effect of non - muscular infiltrating bladder cancer combined with prostatic hyperplasia of prostate hyperplasia.Methods：The selected study subjects were the patients with non-muscular infiltrative bladder cancer combined with prostatic hyperplasia, and the duration of the study was January 2015 to January 2017. There were 21 cases in accordance with the criteria. All patients underwent plasma cystectomy combined with transurethral plasma electrotomy. Patients and their families informed consent to compare the improvement of prostate symptoms before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate, residual urine volume and international prostate symptom score were superior to the treatment before treatment, and the results were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. All the patients in this group had successfully completed the operation, and all of them recovered from the hospital. No complications occurred during the operation. After 12 months of follow-up, none of the patients had serious complications and no recurrence occurred.Conclusion：In the treatment of non-muscular infiltrating bladder cancer with prostate hyperplasia, the effect of the treatment of the urethral plasma electrotomy in the same period is ideal, which deserves further study and promotion.
