优质护理对甲状腺手术患者术后认知的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing on Postoperative Cognition in Patients with Thyroid Surgery

目的:探讨甲状腺手术患者运用优质护理干预对术后认知的改善作用。方法:将收治且符合标准的80例甲状腺手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组,每组各40例;Ⅰ组采用常规护理方案,Ⅱ组采用优质护理措施进行干预,对比评估两组的护理干预情况。结果:Ⅱ组护理总满意率97.5%显著高于Ⅰ组的80.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组各项术后认知项目达标率均显著高于Ⅰ组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺手术患者运用优质护理干预,能够明显提高患者的术后认知度,改善科室服务质量,值得推荐。

Objective：To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on postoperative cognitive improvement in patients undergoing thyroid surgery. Methods：80 cases of patients with thyroid surgery and in accordance with the standard as the research object, and were randomly divided into group Ⅰ and groupⅡ, 40 cases in each group; group adopted routine nursing method, group Ⅱ by high quality nursing intervention, comparison and evaluation of nursing intervention in two groups. Results：In group Ⅱ, nursing satisfaction rate of 97.5% was significantly higher than that of group 82.5%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; group Ⅱ the postoperative cognitive project compliance rate was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ, the differences between groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The use of high - quality nursing intervention in patients with thyroid surgery can significantly improve the patient＇s postoperative awareness and improve the quality of service departments, it is recommended.
