临床路径在小儿人工耳蜗植入术中的应用

Application of clinical pathway in cochlear implantation in children

目的:探讨临床路径护理措施在小儿人工耳蜗植入术术中的应用及临床效果。方法:采用不同病例对照研究,对照组66例患者实施传统治疗和护理,观察组67例患者在基本护理基础上实施临床路径管理。比较两组患儿检查前镇静成功率、平均住院天数及患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。结果:术前检查镇静成功率,观察组68.66%,对照组39.39%(P<0.01);住院天数观察组缩短到(9.33±0.64)天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患儿家长对护理工作的满意度观察组为97.01%,对照组为62.12%(P<0.01)。结论:在保证医疗护理质量的前提下,临床路径应用于小儿人工耳蜗植入术护理,可提高患儿家长对疾病的认知及相关知识掌握度,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective：To investigate the clinical application of clinical pathway nursing measures in cochlear implantation in children.Methods：different case-control studies were adopted, and 66 cases in the control group were given traditional treatment and nursing. The observation group （67eases） carried out the Clinical pathway management on the basis of basic nursing. Compare the two groups of children to check the success rate of the former town, the average length of stay and the satisfaction of the parents.Results：preoperative sedation success rate of observation group 68.66%, control group 39.39% （P〈 0.01）; the observation group hospitalization days shortened to 9.33 ＋ 0.64 days, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.01）; the parents satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group 97.01%, control group 62.12%（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：under the premise of ensuring the quality of medical care, the application of clinical pathway in pediatric cochlear implantation nursing, can improve the children＇s parents cognition to the disease and related knowledge, shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization costs, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
